Yes, any person with financial interests must be disclosed.

Are fingerprints required of the owner?

Yes, the owner(s) must submit their fingerprints to the Department of Justice.

Are owners required to disclose any criminal convictions?

Yes, owners are required to disclose any criminal convictions.

Are there exceptions to financial interest holders being required to named in applications?
